Pancake breakfast and flag raising at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 23185 Summit Road, beginning at 9 a.m.

Los Gatos Youth Theatre presents The Lion King, Jr. at the Los Gatos High School Theatre. The production features large head pieces, colorful attire, and gigantic puppetry to symbolize each animal. For tickets ($12), go to http://www.lgyt.net.

Mountain Residents Night Out is from 6 to 8:30 p.m. at the Redwood Estates Pavilion, 21450 Madrone Drive.
